Marketing, Events and PR consultancy Jo Riches Ltd has merged with telemarketing experts Blue Warthog. From 1st Feb 2013 the two companies have formed a new, united consultancy in a move the owners are sure will optimise the service they can offer to clients old and new.
Established in 2006, Cambridge-based Jo Riches Ltd offers a comprehensive marketing, events and PR service. Owner and founder Jo Riches said, “We are delighted to be joining forces with Blue Warthog, having worked with them on a number of highly successful projects over recent years. The merger guarantees our clients a wider, stronger proposition and a seamless in-house capability that can only work to their benefit.”
Blue Warthog was founded in 2003 by Tania Verdonk and specialises in business to business telemarketing, market research and telesales. Swearing by its approach of offering “more than just a script,” Tania is equally excited by the merger. “By joining forces we are giving clients an exceptional offering with a full in-house service that will increase our productivity and keep costs low for all our clients,” she said.
With over 20 years’ combined marketing experience the two owners are confident the joint offering will benefit their customers significantly, as well as attracting new ones with their enviable in-house expertise and combined resources.
Jo said, “So many agencies have to outsource specialist services, such as telemarketing or events management and are not able to offer a truly comprehensive service. Offering everything under one roof means a hassle-free experience for our customers and ensures nothing gets lost in translation between different agencies.”
“We have the same commitment to quality and customer service,” added Tania, who will be the Managing Director of the merged business. “We always go the extra mile and firmly believe that “good enough” is never good enough.”
Jo will take on the role of Operational Director and the consultancy will shortly be acquiring new offices. Blue Warthog Marketing ceases to trade as of 31st January 2013 as it is assimilated with the Jo Riches Ltd brand, and a full rebrand of the new business will be unveiled later in the year.
“It’s a scary time for many businesses,” commented Tania. “Although between us we have grown by over 50% a year in recent years, we will never rest on our laurels. This merger makes us both stronger and better placed to service our clients; we are very excited about the opportunities it brings.”
